REWILD is five days by the ocean.

time to slow down | to rest | to notice the parts of you that have been waiting quietly underneath the noise.

you don’t have to be spiritual, or experienced, or certain. you don’t have to know exactly why you feel called to this. you only have to feel that small voice inside whispering, it’s time.

this isn’t about becoming someone else. it’s about coming home to who you already are.

this is where you step away from the noise so you can rest deeply, think clearly, and return home feeling renewed.

  • a warm welcome waiting the moment you arrive, and the ease of knowing you’ll be safely brought to and from the retreat without needing to organise a thing. if your flight is delayed, no bother - we’ll be tracking it and will still be there to meet you. if you’re arriving in bali earlier, we’ll collect you from your kuta, legian, or seminyak accommodation instead.

  • fresh, wholesome meals inspired by balinese tradition and local produce. colourful plates filled with seasonal vegetables, fragrant herbs, and nourishing flavours that leave you feeling satisfied, cared for, and energised for whatever the day brings.

  • step into your own sanctuary, where salty breezes drift through the doors and you can finally exhale. a space where the sea keeps you company as you wake to soft sunrises in quiet wonder.

  • daily teachings, reflection circles & group conversations - simple tools and gentle reflections designed to help you pause, notice what’s no longer serving you, and explore new ways of thinking and being that feel more true, more free, and more like the woman you were always meant to be. this includes your 1:1 mindset reset session - time set aside just for you, before, during, or after the retreat, to talk about what’s on your heart, explore what feels heavy or unclear, and to plan your exciting next step.

  • schedule at your own leisure - this is an intentional hour to allow your body to be restfully restored and gift your mind a mini-holiday. this is self-care, not selfishness - a reminder of how magnificent rest feels.
