BALI RETREATS

bali has a way of slowing everything down.

these retreats are for the person who needs to step out of their normal rhythm. not to escape from life, but to come back to it differently.

you're not someone who falls apart.

you hold things together. you keep moving. you manage the work and the relationships and the mental load and most of the time, you do it well.

but somewhere underneath all of that is a version of you who hasn't had a proper exhale in a long time. the one who laughs easily. who isn't already thinking about the next thing. who doesn't feel guilty for doing something just because it feels good.

bali has a way of finding that version of you again.

not through force. not through some big dramatic breakthrough. just through the particular combination of space, warmth, good food, the right people, and an environment that asks nothing of you except to be present.

these retreats were built for that.

WHAT ACTUALLY SHIFTS

you arrive carrying things you didn't realise had weight.

the low-grade hum of always being on. the habit of putting yourself last and calling it responsible. the version of you that's been quietly waiting for permission to stop.

by day two, something starts to soften. it happens differently for everyone — sometimes it's during a massage when you realise your shoulders have been up around your ears for months. sometimes it's at dinner when you laugh (properly, until it hurts) and you remember that joy isn't something you have to schedule.

you leave with more than you expected and less than you arrived with.

more clarity.
more ease.
more of yourself.

less of the noise that had been passing itself off as important.

and it doesn't wear off. the women who come on these retreats talk about it months later — not the itinerary, but the feeling. and the way that feeling quietly rearranged something in how they move through ordinary life.

MOMENTS YOU'LL REMEMBER

❋ waking up slowly, for once

no alarm. no mental list waiting before your eyes are even open. just birdsong, warm air, and the sound of the ocean or the waterfall — depending on where you are. it sounds small. it isn't.

❋ food that actually nourishes you

very meal fresh, flavourful, grown close to where you're sitting. balinese cooking has a way of making you feel looked after from the inside out. you'll eat well here.

❋ the waterfall moment

you'll know it when you get there — cool water, the sound of laughter bouncing off rocks, that specific kind of joy that only happens when you're completely in your body and not thinking about anything else at all.

❋ the conversation you didn’t plan

something about bali makes people honest. maybe it's the environment. maybe it's jodi. but the conversations that happen, over meals, on walks, in the quiet at the end of a day, have a way of landing differently than the ones you have at home.

❋ the massage

an hour that is entirely, completely yours. you don't realise how much tension you've been carrying until someone starts to release it.

❋ the moment you stop checking your phone

it happens without you noticing. and when you do notice — that's usually the moment something starts to shift.

SEEN THROUGH THEIR EYES

every trip, someone captures something that says it better than i ever could.

QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK

  • more than okay — it's actually one of my favourite things about how these retreats work. the majority of women who come travel solo. you arrive, you're met, and from that moment you're part of a group. you won't be doing anything alone. and what most first-time solo travellers tell me afterwards is that it was the best decision they made — because there's no one to compromise with and no one to coordinate around. you just get to show up entirely for yourself.

  • it doesn't — and here's what i've learned from running these: when everyone is in the same position, something levels immediately. and there's something about the environment and the way i hold the group that makes real connection happen quickly. women who came as strangers have left as genuine friends. some are still in each other's lives years later.

  • for rewild, you can book directly through the link on this page — a deposit secures your spot and i'll be in touch with everything you need before you arrive. for amoré, the booking page shows the available bungalows and pricing. if you'd prefer to talk it through first, reach out on whatsapp — i'll walk you through it personally. that's always an option, for any of my retreats.

  • your international flights to and from bali are not included — costs vary depending on where you're flying from. you'll also need a valid visa (currently on arrival for most nationalities), travel insurance (required to travel with me), and the bali tourist levy. beyond that, a small amount for personal shopping or tips if you'd like to leave them. everything else is already covered.

  • nothing specific. there's walking and gentle movement involved but nothing that requires a particular level of fitness. if you have any physical considerations, just let me know when you book and i'll make sure everything works for you.

  • yes. bali is one of the most-visited places in the world for good reason — warm, welcoming and well set up for travellers. you'll be part of a small group with everything arranged. you won't be navigating anything unfamiliar on your own.

  • not as a rule — as a choice i've made intentionally. these retreats are designed as a genuine reset, and alcohol has a way of softening the edges of that in ways that aren't always helpful. when you're clear-headed, you notice more. the places land differently. the conversations go deeper. the shifts that happen actually stick. most people who arrive a little uncertain about this leave glad it was the way it was.

  • add your name to the waitlist for whichever retreat is calling you and i'll reach out as soon as new dates are released. i also share new experiences with my email list first — worth joining if you want early access.

  • absolutely — many people do and i love that. i can point you toward where to stay if you'd like recommendations. and if you're already in bali when the retreat begins, i can arrange for you to be collected from kuta, legian or seminyak instead of the airport.

if something here is calling to you, trust that.

reach out to me directly. no pitch, no pressure. just an honest conversation about whether it's the right fit.
