and i know this from the inside. i was the leader who looked capable, successful and like she had it all together. and i was struggling in silence underneath it. that experience is what makes this work land differently to what most organisations have tried before.

i don't squeeze myself into a box because that's what HR or a CEO expects to see. my work isn't mainstream.
and honestly… that's why it works.
i'm willing to have conversations underneath the surface. most professional development stays at the level of skill and knowledge. i go further. i look at the patterns, the behaviours, the thinking running the show that people don't even know is there — and i create the conditions for something to actually shift.
i don't do generic. i don't do one-size-fits-all. and i don't deliver a day that people forget by friday.
