embark on a journey into the magnificence of india: its colour, culture, traditions, and breathtaking beauty. if you’ve ever dreamed of exploring india but hesitated to do it alone, this is your invitation.
this is not just a trip—it’s a vibrant, soul-stirring invitation into the heart of india. the india you’ve always wanted to experience but didn’t know how to find.
it’s colour-splashed chaos and stillness at sunrise.
it’s the smell of incense and cardamom.
it’s strangers who feel like family.
it’s ancient stories carved into stone and painted across your memory forever.
you’ll dance through Holi with locals, sip chai in alleyways, stand barefoot in temples, and taste food so rich with tradition it lingers long after the moment has passed. you’ll walk the winding streets, ride rickshaws, climb forts, and breathe in the magnificence of a land that meets you exactly where you are - wild, open, curious, or unsure.
this is the journey for those who don’t want the version of india in a brochure — they want to feel it, to live it, and enrich their entire being.
-
india is a little bit of everything - the colour, the noise, the stillness, the wonder. this journey is designed to let you feel all of it. and you won't experience any of it alone.
fifteen days. north india from its soul to its silence.
we begin in delhi - where old and new breathe side by side. your rickshaw winds through lanes thick with cumin, clove and sweet chai, the walls alive with centuries of story. you pause for tea in the heart of it all, the city humming around you, strangers sharing smiles across tables like old friends. a sikh temple holds you in its quiet. the markets dazzle. delhi gets into your chest and stays there.
we move into rajasthan - and jodhpur welcomes you in blue. children call from rooftops, bright saris catch the breeze, and the alleyways feel like galleries of life. then the golden city of jaisalmer rises from the desert, ancient and unhurried. a sunset camel ride through the sand leads you into evening - drums pulse softly, a dancer moves through firelight, and dinner unfolds slowly beneath a sky so full of stars it feels like a gift meant only for you.
and then - holi. the fire ceremony the night before, sacred and still. and the morning of, the world simply bursts open. colour rises into the sky, laughter spills through the streets, strangers reach for you with open hands. by the end of it you are covered head to toe, and somehow - it feels like being fully, completely alive.
we arrive in jaipur - the pink city - where the bazaars feel like stepping into a living rainbow. woven scarves, shimmering brass, spice-warm air. you press your hands into ink and pull a block print from cotton. amber fort rises golden above the valley, its mirrored halls catching light like fragments of a thousand suns.
then agra. and the taj mahal at sunset - marble shimmering, the whole world going quiet. and again at sunrise, because she deserves to be seen in every light.
and finally, rishikesh - where the ganges moves fast and everything else slows right down. yoga at dawn. the beatles ashram, still and overgrown, creativity lingering in the trees. a waterfall. and as dusk falls, the ganga aarti begins - bells, chant, incense drifting across the water, tiny lamps released to float downstream. you watch quietly, and something in you settles.
many of the places you'll walk, eat and witness on this journey are ones most travellers never find - chosen because we've been there, loved them, and knew they had to be part of this.
these aren't stops. they're moments you'll return to for the rest of your life.

i’m jodi - i’ve been travelling since before i knew what travel was - my dad was a jockey, which meant our family travelled to race meetings in different towns often. by the time i boarded a plane, with backpack in hand, to timor at seventeen, the road already felt like home. i realised the world was far bigger, stranger and more magnificent than anything i’d been told.
and india is where that became personal. it isn’t somewhere i discovered. it’s somewhere i come from. my dad was born in agra - his family home directly across the road from the taj mahal and my grandparents restaurant and a rickshaw business not too far from there.
i grew up with india in my heart before i ever set foot there.
and then, along the way, i discovered the transformations within the journeys - they’re the ones that silently show you something true about yourself.
there is nothing more humbling and exciting to me than sharing these journeys with you.
and bringing them to life with someone equally as passionate is such a blessing for me - and for our guests - because colours of india is a collaboration.
reddy, indian born, is one of india’s most extraordinary tour managers, with a depth of cultural knowledge, logistical brilliance and human warmth that will quietly change how you see this place. he has guided at the highest levels, speaks several languages fluently and has an ability to open doors into communities, conversations and experiences that most travelers never find.
together, reddy and i research, plan and shape every element of this experience - from the sequence of places to the most unexpected, human moments in between. together we hold every detail so that you can do the one thing that matters.
simply be in it.
